Phone Balance Buyout: To qualify, customers must purchase and activate at least three Spectrum Mobile lines, including one ported-in line. All lines must be activated within 30 days of the order. Eligible only for remaining device balances on ported lines (up to $500 per line, with a maximum of $2,500 per account). Tablets and wearable devices are excluded. Ported lines must have been active with the previous carrier for at least 90 days. Billing statements and proof of payment are required. Paid via prepaid card (no cash access; card expires in 12 months). Offer cannot be combined with certain discounts.
